(More customer reviews)This is the single most disappointing purchase I have made on Amazon to date.I wanted and needed the brass supports the picture showed and was shocked to receive plastic ones instead.A lesson in the need to read all the fine print and not depend on the pictures to represent the actual product. I felt mislead and cheated.On the other hand, the seller did refund my full purchase price -- but not the shipping.
